Booking Policies

Full refund if cancelled 1 day before date of tour, after that it will be non-refundable. Re-booking is allowed but subject to fees depending on which tour type.

Please be advised that our dispatch location at Tapik Beach Park in Sibaltan. Be on site on or before 9 am to avoid cancellation of your booking.

If you are not staying in Sibaltan area, please arrange a private transfer and be there before the departure time, as it is not included in tour price.

Cancellations by authorities due to weather condition will be 50% refundable.
